We are under contract with Worldsoft for order prcessing. Only very few authorised people have access. They are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial care of the content and servers.
If needed for the service delivery, the use and traffic date are being saved for a maximum of 6 months after raising. In case data is being needed to fulfill legal or contractual record retention periods (e.g. invoices), they are saved for a longer period but are locked, password protected and only accessible to very few authorised people.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and direct mail (Art. 21 GDPR)

In case of your objection, we will cease to process your personal data except we can prove compulsory reasons worthy of protection for the processing which predominate your interests, rights and liberties or the data processing conduce to the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (art. 21, abs. 1 GDPR). In case of objection, your data will no longer be used for direct mail (art. 21, abs. 2 GDPR).

With the Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) the submission of newsletters can be organised and analysed. Your data for the use of the newsletter submission are saved on the servers of the Worldsoft AG. If you wish to receive our newsletter, we need your E-mail-address or your phone number for a text message as well as information that allow us to check the rightness of the information and the confirmation of the newsletter order. Further information is not collected or may only be volunteered. Ths data is only used for the transmission of the requested information and not shared with third parties. The processing of the data occurs with your consent (art. 6 abs. 1 lit. a GDPR). The consent to save your data, E-mail-address and its use to transmit the newsletter can be withdrawed at any time, e.g. with the opt-out-link in the newsletter.The rightness of the already conducted data processes remains unaffected by the revocation. Data raised for other purposes (e.g. E-mail-adresses for the members area, address for the creation of invoices) remain untouched.
For the consistent presentation of fonts, this website uses web fonts of Google. When visiting a site, your browser loads the used web fonts in your browser cache to display the texts and fonts correctly.
